Stem RNA-seq of PagMYBR028 transgenetic poplar

To compare the transcriptional profiles between wild-type (WT) and PagMYBR028-overexpressing poplar plants, stem tissues (debarked) from the 12th to 16th internodes of three-month-old greenhouse-grown plants were collected and commercially sequenced by Genewiz Biological Technology Co., Ltd. using an Illumina platform.
