Raw SEM dataset for Na2NixMn2-xFe(PO4)3 compositions

This dataset contains the original SEM images (.tif) and instrument metadata (.txt) for Na2NixMn2-xFe(PO4)3 compositions (x = 0, 0.6, 1, 1.6, 2). The images correspond to those published by Bouftila et al., J. Alloys Compd. 961 (2023) 171054, as well as additional supporting micrographs. Metadata (.txt) includes all details acquisition date/time, operator, instrument, magnification, and imaging parameters.本数据集包含针对Na₂NiₓMn₂₋ₓFe(PO₄)₃组分（x取值为0、0.6、1、1.6、2）的原始扫描电子显微镜（Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM）图像（格式为.tif）与仪器元数据（格式为.txt）。所涉图像既包含Bouftila等人发表于《Journal of Alloys and Compounds》（J.
