Data of the Test of the Pre-final Version Stage - Pretest - Translation and cross-cultural adaptation of the “Protocolo de Avaliação Miofuncional Orofacial MBGR” from Brazilian Portuguese into English.

These are the data of the test of the pre-final version stage. This stage was divided into two phases: pretest and pilot test. In the pretest, we tested the pre-final English version of the <em>Protocolo MBGR</em>. To do so, 20 SLPs analyzed the pre-final English version of the assessment tool to verify whether it worked in their linguistic-cultural setting. We asked them to provide feedback on its clarity and interpretability. So, they read the pre-final English version of the assessment tool and searched for misunderstandings. Then, they highlighted the translation units that did not make sense to them and the ones that made sense to them but sounded weird or unusual and for which they could think of a better term. They also wrote comments explaining why they highlighted each translation unit.
