CREATIVE ASSESSMENT PRACTICES IN LINGUISTICS AND EDUCATION MANAGEMENT

Assessment in linguistics-oriented education requires innovative approaches that measure not only language knowledge but also communicative competence, academic literacy, and learner autonomy. From the perspective of education management, assessment also serves as a mechanism for quality assurance and institutional accountability (Brown, 2019; Black & Wiliam, 2018). This article examines creative assessment practices in applied linguistics, focusing on their pedagogical value and managerial implications.面向语言学的教育评估亟需创新型评估范式，此类评估不仅需测评学习者的语言知识储备，还需覆盖交际能力（communicative competence）、学术素养（academic literacy）与学习者自主性（learner autonomy）等核心维度。从教育管理视角而言，评估同时肩负质量保障与机构问责的机制职能（Brown, 2019; Black & Wiliam, 2018）。本文聚焦应用语言学（applied linguistics）领域的创新性评估实践，深入探讨其教学价值与管理启示。
