Source data underlying the figures in the manuscript “Gut bacteria produce polyamines from soy-derived indigestible peptides.” The dataset includes donor-level data from human fecal culture experiments, triplicate bacterial screening and growth data, E. coli OK026 putrescine production data, individual fecal and cecal putrescine concentrations from gnotobiotic mouse experiments, and triplicate HPLC data for E. faecalis. Only anonymized donor labels are included, and no directly identifying participant information is provided. For Fig. 2B, BLASTP results are provided as score categories (<100, 100–299, 300–499, and ≥500 bits), because the exact bit scores were not retained in the source figure file.
