A predictive model and nomogram for coronary artery injury in Kawasaki disease based on laboratory indicators: a retrospective study

This dataset contains the anonymized clinical data of pediatric patients with Kawasaki disease (KD) admitted to The First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from [January 2023 to June 2025]. The dataset includes demographic characteristics, clinical manifestations, laboratory examination results, echocardiographic findings, treatment regimens, and follow-up outcomes of the patients, which fully support the findings of the corresponding manuscript submitted to Frontiers in Pediatrics. All patient data were completely de-identified to protect privacy, and the study was approved by the Ethics Committee of The First Hospital of Hebei Medical University. The data can be used for secondary analysis of Kawasaki disease-related clinical research, with appropriate citation of this dataset.本数据集包含2023年1月至2025年6月期间于河北医科大学第一医院住院的川崎病（Kawasaki disease, KD）患儿的匿名化临床数据。 本数据集涵盖患儿的人口统计学特征、临床表现、实验室检查结果、超声心动图表现、治疗方案及随访结局，可完整支撑投至《儿科学前沿》（Frontiers in Pediatrics）的对应研究手稿的结论。 所有患者数据均已完成完全去标识化处理以保护患者隐私，本研究已通过河北医科大学第一医院伦理委员会审查批准。本数据集可用于川崎病相关临床研究的二次分析，使用时需对本数据集进行恰当引用。
