资源简介:
This project investigates the epigenetic effects of targeted DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) induced by CRISPR-Cas9 in human cells. Using Cas9 to induce site-specific DSBs, we explored how different genomic regions respond to DNA damage. The data include FASTQ files of sequencing reads from both non-targeted control and three targeted regions: SNRPN, PEG10, and KCNQ1OT1. These regions were chosen for their roles in imprinting and gene regulation, making them ideal models for studying epigenetic changes during DNA repair. The dataset will contribute to understanding how DSBs affect DNA methylation and chromatin state, revealing insights into genomic stability and the epigenetic consequences of genome editing.
