Konjak (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch ex N.E.Br) is an excellent plant resource that has the dual function of both medicine and foodstuff, but bacterial soft rot is the most destructive disease especially under continuous cropping that restrains the development of the A. konjac industry. The results of bacterial community will promote our understanding of soil and endosphere microbial community regulation and soil health maintenance in A. konjac cropping systems.
