RNA sequencing data from Atlantic silverside (Menidia menidia) exposed to combined hypoxia and acidification

Silverside adults and their offspring (embryos and early larvae) were exposed to control conditions or a combined hypoxia and acidification treatment (~35% dissolved oxygen, ~2500 µatm pCO2; hereafter HypOA). They were collected at 10 days post-hatch and sampled for RNA sequencing. Overall design: Spawning adults were acclimated to contorl or HypOA conditions during final stages of gonad maturation. Their offspring were reared under both treatments in a fully factorial design to form four experimental groups. The offspring were reared from fertilization to 19 days post-fertilization (~10 days post hatch). Each group had 6 biological replicates; 24 larvae total larvae were sequenced.
