PSYCHOLOGICAL-PEDAGOGICAL ESSENCE AND SCIENTIFIC-THEORETICAL BASIS OF THE COMPETENCES OF COGNITIVE PERCEPTION OF PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE

This article analyzes the psychological-pedagogical essence of the competencies of cognitive perception of professional knowledge and their scientific-theoretical foundations. The role of cognitive processes - perception, thinking, memory and attention in professional activity is highlighted, and the mechanisms of their development are revealed. Also, the importance of modern pedagogical approaches and innovative methods in the effective assimilation of professional knowledge by students in the educational process is substantiated. The article explains the content of the competency-based approach, its psychological factors and impact on personal development. It is emphasized that the formation of cognitive competencies increases students' independent thinking, ability to solve problem situations, and professional flexibility. The results of the study have important theoretical and practical significance in improving the quality of education.本文剖析了职业知识认知感知能力的心理教育学本质及其科学理论基础。文中阐释了感知、思维、记忆与注意等认知过程在职业活动中的作用，并揭示了其发展机制。此外，本文论证了现代教育学方法与创新教学手段在助力学生于教育进程中高效掌握专业知识方面的重要意义。同时，本文阐述了能力本位教学路径（competency-based approach）的内涵、相关心理影响因素及其对个人发展的作用。研究强调，认知能力的培育能够提升学生的独立思维能力、问题情境解决能力与职业灵活性。本研究成果对于提升教育质量具有重要的理论与实践价值。
