Secondary analysis of older people’s rehabilitation care and service needs

Data pertaining to a secondary analysis of 6215 consecutively admitted patients to 11 older peoples’ intermediate care and community rehabilitation services in England that compares patient Level of Care at admission with service use data. <br> The Level of Care Need of the patient at admission was used as the organising variable to examine how and to what extent patient diagnosis, dependency on admission, service use and change in outcome data aligned with each Level of Care assumption.
