Coffee-break lung CT collection with scan images reconstructed at multiple imaging parameters

The RIDER Coffee-break Lung CT (RIDER Lung CT) collection was constructed as part of a study to evaluate the variability of tumor size measurements on same-day repeat CT scans in patients with non–small cell (NSCLC) lung cancer. Patients with NSCLC receiving systemic therapy consented to this Institutional Review Board (IRB)–approved prospective repeat CT can study (ClinicalTrials.gov identifier NCT00579852). Patients were accrued in the clinic by their treating oncologist. Thirty-two NSCLC patients, each of whom underwent two CT scans of the chest within 15 minutes by using the same imaging protocol, were included in this study. Each scan was reconstructed at 6 imaging settings, comprising 3 slice thicknesses (1.25 mm, 2.5 mm and 5 mm) and 2 reconstruction algorithms (lung, standard).
RIDER Coffee-break肺CT(RIDER Lung CT)数据集是为评估非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)患者当日重复CT扫描的肿瘤尺寸测量变异度而构建的研究数据集。接受系统治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者签署知情同意,参与本项经机构审查委员会(Institutional Review Board, IRB)批准的前瞻性重复CT扫描研究(ClinicalTrials.gov注册号:NCT00579852)。入组患者均由其接诊的肿瘤医师在临床门诊招募。本研究共纳入32例非小细胞肺癌患者,所有患者均在15分钟内采用相同成像方案完成两次胸部CT扫描。每次扫描均按照6种成像设置进行重建,涵盖3种层厚(1.25 mm、2.5 mm与5 mm)及2种重建算法(肺窗算法、标准算法)。
