Data and Code for Rationales for microbial conservation

Data for three second-order meta-analyses. These analyses aim to: (1) identify and rank the global change drivers threatening microbial diversity, composition, and function; (2) quantify the instrumental value of microbes for ecosystem services and host health; and (3) determine the impact of existing conservation interventions on these community properties.
