Bioactive substances in Citrus species with potential for the treatment of chronic venous disease

Chemical space of of Citrus compounds A list of compounds, previously documented for the genus Citrus, was retrieved and downloaded from the Lotus Natural Products database (available at https://lotus.naturalproducts.net, accessed on November 3, 2023). This compilation was then processed through the BDsimilarity method (https://analyticalsciencejournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/pca.3277) to calculate structural similarities among the compounds and to visualize the chemical space via a similarity network.柑橘属化合物的化学空间 本研究从莲花天然产物数据库（Lotus Natural Products Database，访问网址：https://lotus.naturalproducts.net，检索日期：2023年11月3日）中检索并下载了此前已被记载的柑橘属化合物列表。随后，通过BDsimilarity方法（详见https://analyticalsciencejournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/pca.3277）对该化合物集合进行处理，以计算化合物间的结构相似度，并通过相似度网络可视化其化学空间。
