Raw and process data on growth and pollutant removal by Dactyloccocus dissociatus MT1 in municipal wastewater

This dataset contains raw and processed experimental data on the growth performance and ‎pollutant removal efficiency of Dactylococcus dissociatus MT1 during tertiary treatment of ‎municipal wastewater. The data include measurements of algal biomass, optical density, ‎nutrient concentrations (NH4–N, NO3–N, and PO4–P), chemical oxygen demand (COD), ‎and pH over time. Experiments were conducted under controlled laboratory conditions using ‎real, synthetic municipal secondary wastewater. The dataset supports the findings of the associated ‎research article and can be used for comparative and reproducibility studies

本数据集收录了离生指球藻（Dactylococcus dissociatus）MT1在城市污水三级处理过程中的生长性能与污染物去除效率相关的原始及预处理实验数据。数据涵盖随时间变化的藻类生物量、光密度、营养盐浓度（NH4–N、NO3–N及PO4–P）、化学需氧量（COD）以及pH值的实测结果。实验在可控实验室条件下开展，采用实际城市二级污水与模拟城市二级污水作为处理基质。本数据集可支撑关联研究论文的核心结论，亦可用于对比性研究与可重复性验证工作。
