a n-HomoMet-derived and other aliphatic GSLs as specified in Table 7. Searched for but not detected: BAR, EBAR, 1,4moIM. Pooled stems (N = 1 + 1) showed a similar profile as other plant parts (Acc 1: mean 11 μmol/g dry wt. Acc 2 mean 8.5 μmol/g dry wt.)., except that a possible trace of 4hBZ (23) was detected in one sample of stems (Accession 1). GSL data with an asterisk indicate lack of MS2 confirmation of analyte identity due to low level.
