Two photon excitation autofluorescence (TPF) and circularly polarised second harmonic generation (SHG) images of the cross-section of the tibiofibular junction of 12 mice, evenly split between male and female, and wildtype and OcnVEGFKO (osteocalcin-specific vascular endothelial growth factor knockout). The images were collected as part of related publication: https://doi.org/10.1242/dmm.048116. The dataset is twentyfour images as .tif files inside a zipped folder (.zip). Please see the README for further information.
