This project aimed to investigate and define Digital Journalism Studies as an academic field. The dataset consists of metadata for articles published in the journal Digital Journalism, from issue 1, volume 1 (2013) to issue 6, volume 6 (2018). The metadata includes author names, article title, article abstract, article keywords, DOI handler, issue, volume and page numbers. The second dataset contains references in all articles published in Digital Journalism from issue 1, volume 3 (2015) to issue 6, volume 6 (2018).
