Preoperative complete blood counts in resected colorectal cancer in the context of early dissemination to the liver and lungs

This dataset contains preoperative complete blood count (CBC) data from 268 patients who underwent resection for colorectal cancer (CRC) at the University Clinical Centre in Gdańsk, Poland (2012–2023). CBCs, performed within 30 days before surgery, include haemoglobin, haematocrit, red blood cells, platelets, and leukocyte subpopulations (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils). All patients had a minimum of 2 years of follow-up to document early metastasis development, with primary interest in liver and lung involvement.本数据集收录了2012至2023年间，波兰格但斯克大学临床中心收治的268例行结直肠癌（colorectal cancer, CRC）切除术患者的术前全血细胞计数（complete blood count, CBC）数据。所有血液检测均于术前30天内完成，检测指标涵盖血红蛋白、血细胞比容、红细胞、血小板及白细胞亚群（中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞）。所有患者均接受了至少2年的随访以记录早期转移发生情况，本数据集的核心研究目标为分析肝肺受累情形。
