This repository contains supporting data for the publication Mordaka et al. (2025)Chlamydomonas chloroplast genes tolerate compression of the genetic code to just 51 codons The dataset includes: Raw sequencing data in FASTQ format from ONT sequencing of CSB347, CSB416, CSB430, CSB489 and CSB491. Assembled chloroplast sequences in FASTA format generated out of the respective sequencing data. Metadata describing the biological sample information, and sequencing run details. All data are provided here as a backup of the information submitted to ENA to ensure accessibility, transparency and reproducibility of analyses.
本仓库收录了Mordaka等人(2025)发表的论文《衣藻叶绿体基因可耐受遗传密码压缩至仅51个密码子》的配套支撑数据。 该数据集包含以下内容: 1. 针对CSB347、CSB416、CSB430、CSB489及CSB491开展ONT测序所得的FASTQ格式原始测序数据; 2. 由对应测序数据组装得到的FASTA格式叶绿体序列; 3. 描述生物样本信息与测序运行细节的元数据。 所有数据均作为提交至欧洲核苷酸档案库(European Nucleotide Archive, ENA)的信息备份,以保障相关分析的可访问性、透明度与可重复性。
