SMEC Identification of phenotypically resistant bacterial isolates to chlortetracycline and lincomycin from water line biofilms in wean-to-finish farms

This data contains raw phenotypically resistant bacterial isolate results from water line biofilms from six swine wean-to-finish sites over 10 time points and two locations in the farm site. The project was executed by the Swine Medicine Education Center (SMEC). The data is reported in .csv format. This project evaluated the presence of phenotypically resistant bacteria to chlortetracycline and lincomycin before and after water line cleaning and disinfection with 0.78% peracetic acid. This data contains all isolates that were identified on the antimicrobial -infused agar plates. Isolates were characterized by growth, plate type isolated, pathogenicity, and acquired resistance.
