Analysis of the Production Landscape of Microbially Derived Enzymes from 2004 to 2025

This dataset includes the bibliographic records analyzed in the study “Analysis of the Production Landscape of Microbially Derived Enzymes from 2004 to 2025”. Data were collected from the Scopus and Web of Science databases and cover scientific articles published between 2004 and June 2025 related to microbial enzyme production and industrial applications. The dataset contains curated metadata such as authorship, affiliations, countries, journals, keywords, abstracts, citation metrics, and publication years. Data preprocessing involved duplicate removal, standardization of author names and keywords, and metadata harmonization using OpenRefine and R-based tools. The final dataset supported scientometric and bibliometric analyses aimed at mapping research trends, collaboration networks, and thematic evolution in microbial enzyme production.
