Anaerobic co-digestion of kitchen waste (KW) and dewatered sludge (DS) has attracted considerable attention, but the accumulation of volatile fatty acid (VFA) and hazardous substances can affect biogas yield and hinder its application. In this study, the effects of air and carbon dioxide nanobubble water (NBW) and their hybrid on hydrolysis and methane yield in anaerobic co-digestion of KW and DS were investigated.
