Characterisation of dwellers and their activity in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)

This dataset contains tables of household census, quaterly surveys of agricultural, gathering, hunting and artisanal logging activities, with names of main crop, NTFP, Bushmeat and timber species used by local communities for their livelihood and cash revenues. It also has columns with the quantity collected, the percentage sold, the revenue obtained, the type of ecosystem where product are extracted, statut of the collector and the type of buyer. in addition to this, we have a table (suivi activ dépenses) that gives household expenses and agregate quarterly survey revenues of all activities. The informations were obtained using socio-economic surveys : social transect, focus groups, census, individual interviews of key informants and quarterly survey of households in 12 villages located in and around two logging concessions of the Oriental province of RDC. 25 % of household were surveyed in each village with a minimum of 5 household.

本数据集包含住户普查表格，以及农业、采集、狩猎与手工伐木活动的季度调查表格，收录了当地社区用以维持生计与获取现金收入的主要农作物、非木材林产品（Non-Timber Forest Products，NTFP）、丛林肉（Bushmeat）及用材树种名称。表格还涵盖采集量、售出占比、所得收益、产品采集所在生态系统类型、采集者身份及买家类型等字段。此外，数据集还包含一张名为"suivi activ dépenses"的表格，用于统计住户支出与所有活动的季度汇总调查收益。本数据集的信息来源于社会经济调查，具体包括社会样带调查、焦点小组讨论、普查、关键知情人个别访谈，以及针对刚果民主共和国（Democratic Republic of the Congo，RDC）东方省两处伐木特许权区域及其周边12个村庄的住户季度走访调查。每个村庄抽取25%的住户参与调查，且每个村庄的受访住户数量不低于5户。
