Supplementary Materials | Chapter 4

This file set includes the supplementary materials for the chapter 4 of the thesis submitted in fulfillment of the requirement for the degree ofDoctor of Philosophy by Shanika L. Amarasinghe. Generated data files are large to be included into the thesis. Therefore, we decided to upload them to FigShare and share the link within the thesis. The relevant section within the chapter 4 includes the descriptions of the supplementary materials in this file set.
