资源简介:
The Edinburgh Pipe Phantom is a test-object used to measure the resolution integral - a single, dimensionless figure-of-merit representative of the overall imaging performance of ultrasound scanners.
The Edinburgh Pipe Phantom consists of a block of the IEC agar-based tissue-mimicking material with wall-less anechoic pipes moulded within it with diameters ranging 0.4-8mm. Measurements are currently done visually when scanning the Edinburgh Pipe Phantom, we suggest using a digital approach based on machine learning to automatically segment and calculate resolution integral values.
Scans from ten different scanner/probe combinations were acquired and manually annotated to segment out the pipe sections in accordance with the visual values, and split into train/validation/test subsets using a 70/20/10 split.
Scanners:
- GE Logiq E10 (C1-6VND, C2-9VND, L2-9VND)
- Mindray A20 (L33-8U, SC6-1GU, SLM10-3U)
- Samsung R20 (CA1-7S, Ca3-10A, LA2-9S, LA2-14A)
