Structural PDB Ensembles of AK2, IL1R1, MIA40 and EIF2B3

Here, we share all PDB files generated through in our manuscript: "Exploring the Potential of AlphaFold Distograms for Predicting Binding-induced Hinge Motions". In this work, we investigated the conformational flexibility signals embedded within AlphaFold distograms and compare them directly with the structural outputs (PDB files) produced by various ensemble generation methods.在此，我们共享了刊载于论文《探索AlphaFold距离图谱（AlphaFold Distograms）在预测结合诱导的铰链运动中的潜力》中生成的全部PDB文件（Protein Data Bank）。在本研究中，我们对嵌入于AlphaFold距离图谱内的构象灵活性信号展开了探究，并将其与各类集成生成方法所产出的结构输出结果（PDB文件）进行了直接对比。
