Beverley Uranium Mine EIS Survey

Gather information on the flora and fauna of the proposed new mining area surrounding the existing Beverley Mine Lease to allow for the compilation of a new EIS that will allow mining over an increased area. 100 x 100 m quadrat with Jessup Transect were sampled at each of the 25 photopoint sites. Fauna monitoring used 10 of the photopoint sites selected for the vegetation survey. Two traplines sampled per site. Survey conducted in 2006.
The Beverley Uranium Mine EIS Survey is part of the Biological Survey of South Australia Program which is a series of systematic surveys conducted across the state between 1971 and the present with the broad aim of providing a baseline inventory of South Australia's flora and fauna biodiversity.

贝弗利铀矿环境影响报告书调查是南澳大利亚州生物调查计划的组成部分。该计划自1971年起至今在全州范围内开展一系列系统性调查，其总体目标为建立南澳大利亚州动植物区系生物多样性的本底名录。
