Database of 4 Million Medicinal Chemistry-Relevant Ring Systems.

We applied the historical IC50/EC50 summary data of 160 assays run at Novartis covering a diverse range of targets, among them kinases, proteases, GPCRs, and protein-protein interactions, and compared this to the background of "inactive" compounds which have been screened for 2 years but have never shown any activity in any primary screen.本研究使用了诺华（Novartis）开展的160种检测实验的历史半数抑制浓度/半数有效浓度(IC50/EC50)汇总数据，覆盖激酶、蛋白酶、G蛋白偶联受体(GPCRs)以及蛋白质相互作用等多种不同类型的靶点；并将该数据与"inactive"化合物的背景数据集进行对比——此类化合物已完成为期两年的筛选，但在任何初筛实验中均未表现出任何活性。
