Comparative genomics of Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis isolates

This project contains whole genome sequencing data from Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis isolates collected from diverse animal hosts, geographic regions, and time periods. The study characterizes genomic diversity, population structure, and biovar-specific features using comparative genomics approaches. Sequence data are used to assess genome conservation, core genome variation, and the distribution of virulence and antimicrobial resistance genes across isolates.
