This dataset provides glacier bed picks and derived ice thickness from helicopter ice-penetrating radar surveys of three outlet glaciers near Narsarsuaq, southern Greenland (Qooqqup Sermia, Eqalorutsit Kangilliit Sermiat, and Sermilik Bræ). The surveys were performed in March 2025 with a 25 MHz configuration and comprise 348 km of flight lines; interpretable basal reflections were identified along 102 km. Retrieved ice thickness ranges from a few tens of metres up to about 340 m, with bed detectability typically limited to about 300 m depth in this setting. The deposit includes (i) a comma-separated values file with the bed-pick locations and associated elevations/thickness, and (ii) map files showing survey-line locations.
