The Madonna, from a group

This sculpture, originating from the church of Saint Giacomo in Lazzaro alla Tomba, Verona, was sculpted by a master of Sant'Anastasia in the first half of the 14th Century. The work is part of a group of three, depicting The Madonna. The two other sculptures in the group (also available to download from Scan the World) depict Jesus and Saint John, illustrating the scene of Jesus dying on the crucifixion.本件雕塑源自意大利维罗纳的拉扎罗·阿拉·通巴（Lazzaro alla Tomba）的圣雅各（Saint Giacomo）教堂，由圣阿纳斯塔西亚（Sant'Anastasia）流派的大师于14世纪上半叶创作完成。该作品为一组三联雕塑的组成部分，刻画圣母玛利亚形象。组内其余两件雕塑（同样可从Scan the World平台下载）分别以耶稣与圣约翰为表现主题，还原了耶稣受难的场景。
