Stable hierarchical spatial transmission network drives genotype-specific H5N1 dissemination in North America
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the analyses presented in the manuscript entitled "Stable hierarchical spatial transmission network drives genotype-specific H5N1 dissemination in North America". The dataset includes: BEAST XML configuration files used for Bayesian phylogenetic inference; Metadata of all influenza virus strains included in this study, including virus names and corresponding GISAID accession IDs; Inferred viral migration events; Gaussian Kernel density estimation (KDE) outputs, including Laplacian and gradient values; Six-state classification data used for transmission pattern analyses. These files provide the essential input data and analytical outputs required to reproduce the phylogenetic and spatial transmission analyses described in the manuscript. Influenza genome sequences were obtained from the GISAID EpiFlu™ Database and are therefore not redistributed in this repository.
