CIRCUS_Tricase_Dataset

The dataset presents the food waste and meal liking data collected for a school canteens' pilot in Tricase (Italy) in the framework of the "Interreg IPA Adrion 2021-2027 – CIRCUS Project - Circular economy Strategies, action plans, and Solutions for agrifood systems transition in ADRION coastal communities". By implementing an educational intervention based on a co-created memory game and a series of classes on local, healthy and sustainable food, the pilot aimed to reduce food waste and increase the intake of fruit and vegetables in first and second grade pupils in Tricase primary schools.本数据集收录了意大利特里卡塞（Tricase）校园食堂试点项目采集的食物浪费与餐食喜好数据，该试点依托"Interreg IPA Adrion 2021-2027 – CIRCUS Project - Circular economy Strategies, action plans, and Solutions for agrifood systems transition in ADRION coastal communities"项目框架开展。本次试点通过实施基于共同开发的记忆游戏及一系列面向本地、健康与可持续食品的课堂教育干预措施，旨在降低特里卡塞小学一二年级学生的食物浪费量，并提升其果蔬摄入量。
