Behavioral video data from Steinmetz et al. 2019.

Raw behavioral videos of the mice during the recording sessions reported in Steinmetz et al. 2019. Companion dataset to doi:10.6084/m9.figshare.9598406. There are two videos per session. The first includes the frontal aspect of the mouse including face and forelimbs, recorded at 40Hz with IR illumination. The second is a close-up zoom of the right eye, recorded at 100Hz. Timing information, as well as some pre-extracted features, is in the companion dataset.

本数据集为Steinmetz等人2019年研究中报道的实验记录阶段小鼠的原始行为视频，对应DOI:10.6084/m9.figshare.9598406的配套数据集。每次实验会话包含两段视频：第一段为小鼠正面视角视频，涵盖面部与前肢区域，采用红外（IR）照明，采集帧率为40Hz；第二段为小鼠右眼的特写放大视频，采集帧率为100Hz。时间同步信息以及部分预提取特征均收录于该配套数据集中。
