Survey Questionnaire: Street Vendors Informal Borrowing Practices and Implications on Business

Since the instrument was researcher-made, experts were consulted to validate its content. A panel of three expert evaluators, well-versed in the discipline, structure, and logic of research, validated the content of the research instrument. The panel of expert validators consisted of individuals with diverse qualifications. These included (1)a dean of the College of Business Administration of a prestigious and accredited private higher education institution, who is well versed in the finance and entrepreneurial dynamics, (2) an academic director of a business administration program who has a profound understanding of entrepreneurship, (3) and chairperson of trade, commerce, industry, investment and entrepreneurship, and a provincial board member of the 2nd district of Misamis Oriental. These expert validators comprehensively understand research methods and have experience in finance and entrepreneurial domains.
Further, a pilot test was conducted on at least 30 street vendors who were non-respondents of the study to evaluate the internal consistency of the parameters. The pilot test was done at the Carmen public market, a setting that mirrored the main locale of the study in terms of informal financing and economic activity. The researcher employed a convenient sampling procedure for the pilot testing. After pilot testing, the data were arrayed and treated using Cronbach's alpha.

由于本研究工具为研究者自制，故邀请专家对其内容效度进行验证。本次组建由3名精通研究的学科规范、结构与逻辑的专家组成的评审小组，对研究工具的内容效度开展校验。该专家评审小组由具备多元资质的人员构成，具体包括：（1）某知名且获认证的私立高等院校工商管理学院院长，精通金融与创业动态；（2）某工商管理项目学术主任，对创业学拥有深入研究；（3）贸易、商业、工业、投资与创业委员会主席，同时担任菲律宾米萨米斯东方省第二选区省议员。上述专家评审均全面掌握研究方法，且具备金融与创业领域的实践经验。

此外，本研究针对至少30名未参与正式调研的街头小贩开展预测试，以评估各参数的内部一致性。预测试场地选在卡门公共市场，该场地在非正式融资与经济活动场景上与本研究的核心调研场地高度匹配。研究者在预测试环节采用便利抽样法。预测试完成后，对采集所得数据进行整理，并通过克朗巴哈α系数（Cronbach's alpha）进行信度分析。
