a lack of epigenetic information remains an obstacle to understanding the mechanisms behind the relationship between methionine and betaine addition and their effects on gene expression. To identify mechanisms that regulate goose liver tissue development, we performed integrated analyses of liver transcriptomes and DNA methylation using samples collected from geese that received supplemental methionine and betaine in their diets.
