Activation of Cannabinoid CB2 Receptor in Spinal Microglia alleviates chronic itch

To explore the effects of Cannabinoid CB2R on microglia function in DNFB-induced atopic and contact dermatitis (ACD) mice model, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis of spinal cord samples from three groups, including the naïve control group, ACD model treated with i.t. vehicle (DNFB + Vehicle) group and ACD model treated with i.t. 10 μg AM1241 (DNFB + AM1241) group Spinal dorsal horn (SDH) samples from naïve group,DNFB + Vehicle group, and DNFB + AM1241 group mice. 3 male mice for each group were used to perform the scRNA-Seq (1 sample containing 3 male mice's SDH).
