Data for exploiting network topology in brain-scale simulations of spiking neural networks

This repository contains the code and data accompanying the publication "Exploiting network topology in brain-scale simulations of spiking neural networks". It includes benchmark data from large-scale simulations of the multi-area model (MAM) on the SuperMUC-NG and JURECA-DC HPC systems, as well as plotting scripts for reproducing all figures in the manuscript.
