Mandatory Non-Phosphate (2020) - Current Mines

<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This layer contains boundaries and information for nonphosphate mines in Florida (phosphate mines are maintained in a separate layer) that are regulated by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department), Mining and Mitigation Program (MMP). In addition to mines that the MMP processes the ERP for, this layer also includes borrow pits that the water management district processes the ERP for, but MMP administers reclamation requirements. This layer does not include mines that have been completely released from the requirements of environmental resource permitting and/or mine reclamation; those mines are contained in another layer. This layer does not include mines that completely ceased mining prior to the regulatory requirement to reclaim (ie, nonmandatory nonphosphate mines).</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
