AVR Lookup Application

This public-facing application allows both employers and City staff to lookup the AVR target scores for each area of Santa Monica. On and after January 1, 2016, Employers shall strive to achieve and Developers shall achieve the AVR Targets established per SMMUSD 9.53.040. This map illustrates the AVR Targets for individual parcels in Santa Monica. These requirements shall not apply to residential units but shall apply to non-residential components of mixed-use projects. For non-residential uses in residential designations not represented in this section, Employers shall achieve the lowest AVR Target (1.6) unless located in a land use designation with a higher AVR Target.
