资源简介：
Angel wing genome database (A-WINGS) contains molecular information in a mushroom-forming fungus Pleurocybella porrigens. A-WINGS supplies genomic and transcriptomic sequences based on Next Generation Sequencing Technology (Illumina Genome Analyzer). Scaffolds from genomic sequences and contigs from transcriptomic sequences from fruiting bodies and mycelia were conducted to combined analysis to find information of genes .
