RNA sequencing of gonad tissue of Nothobranchius furzeri at different age in males and females

Quantification of gene expression at different dvelopmental stages of the short-lived killifish Nothobranchius furzeri GRZ strain. Four developmental stages of the GRZ strain were analyzed with RNA-seq. Stages and number of samples: at 10 days post fertilization (dpf, whole embryos), 6 samples; at the day of hatch (0dph), 5 samples; at 3 days post hatching (3dph, trunk of fry), 6 samples; and at 3 months post hatching (3mph, gonads), 2 samples.
