To characterize transcription factors (TFs) that govern the various cellular states in CRC, AKSP tumoroids were subjected to Mutliome analysis combining s.c ATAC-seq and s.c 3' RNA-seq. Overall design: AKSP tumoroids were collected for s.cRNA-seq before reaching confluency to minimize cell death.
