The goal of this study was to identify differential alternative splicing events in RBPMS2-null hiPSC-CMs. Overall design: Control parental hiPSCs (WTC-11 AAVS1cas9/+) and RBPMS2-null hiPSCs were differentiated into cardiomyocytes in a monolayer for 15 days using the two molecule CHIR/IWR system. Cardiomyocytes were purified using both positive and negative selection in series (Miltenyi) before being subjected to bulk RNA sequencing.
