Solenaia oleivora (Bivalve, Unionida, Unionidae), an endangered edible mussel. In 2022, S. oleivora were selected as one of the top ten characteristic aquatic germplasm resources in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, boasting broad prospects for industrial development. the genomic resources of S. oleivora are lacking, and even freshwater mussels have not been reported.These genomic data should provide important genomic resources for subsequent investigations on parasitic specificity, physiological regulation and genome-wide association studies of S. oleivora and ecological and evolutionary studies of the family Unionidae as well.
