Illuminating the active virosphere with BONCAT and single virus genomic technologies, Pacific Ocean samples

Raw reads (forward and reverse) from sorted and MDA-amplified samples from Pacific Ocean are supplied here. The sample labels refer to the type of sample (cellular or viral) and whether it belongs to the BONCAT active fraction or non-active (inactive). For all samples, click reactions (BONCAT reaction) lasts 6 hours. In addition, code indicates whether it came from the Pacific Ocean (PO).
