Northern Rivers - Fire For Healthy Habitats - Workshops and Forum

This project will develop & deliver 6 introductory "Fire For Healthy Habitat" workshops to
build the local communities knowledge & capacity of the appropriate use of fire for positive biodiversity outcomes. These workshops will be run in 6 local government areas in the
Northern Rivers of NSW, in partnership with the local Landcare groups. A larger forum will also be run to encourage, empower & facilitate relevant stakeholders to understand & participate in a consistent landscape approach to sustainable fire management for biodiversity conservation.

本项目将筹备并开展6场"健康栖息地用火"（Fire For Healthy Habitat）入门工作坊，以提升当地社区对合理用火以实现正向生物多样性效益的认知与能力。本次工作坊将与当地土地关爱（Landcare）团体合作，在新南威尔士州（New South Wales，NSW）北河区的6个地方政府辖区内举办。此外还将举办一场大型论坛，旨在鼓励、赋能并协助相关利益相关方理解并参与到以生物多样性保护为目标的可持续用火管理的统一景观治理路径中。
