Keller_Mindful_Interventions_in_Special_Education_Supplementary_Data

Supplementary data for a textbook entitled "Mindful Interventions in Special Education." Data contains HeartMath "libraries"--a summary of all the HeartMath data (using HRV data collected with software from the Institute of HeartMath) for a particular subject. Each library shows how many sessions each subject had, their average heart rate for each session, and the amount of red (low), blue (medium), and green (high) coherence achieved during each session. Also, there are two sample "writing dialogues" illustrating how writing can be used to enhance emotional awareness in children.
