Through existing disease cases, we focused on the Med20 gene. After phenotype observation, we conducted a knockout electrotransfection experiment on MED20 gene in rat Schwann cell S16 cell line, hoping to identify the downstream targeted gene of MED20 by means of RNA high-throughput sequencing. We successfully mined the gene Ddb1 as the downstream gene of M.ed20 and sequenced it as well.
